We ship in a variety of different methods including UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Express, USPS, Pallets via Truck, and more. We strive to create custom solutions that work best for all involved. As a wholesale distributor, we do not generally accept returns on merchandise. For damaged products or special circumstances, Please contact your account manager.
Pre-Orders and Allocations
All pre-orders and allocations are considered binding orders. After the order/confirmation deadline has passed, any cancellations or reduction of these orders will result in repercussions ranging from no allocations for 90 days to account suspension. In certain cases legal action may be taken.
