First and foremost, we hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. We are open, and rest assured Mad Al's is taking necessary precautions to protect employees and customers. We are following or exceeding all federal and local recommendations and mandates.
The impact this has for our customers are:
1) Our showroom/warehouses are closed to walk in business until things are safer.
2) If you generally pick up, we are offering a 'curbside' service. Place your order in advance, when it is ready we will call you. When you arrive on-site call us and we will load it into your personal vehicle.
3) Currently we are experiencing no outbound shipping delays, but it is a possibility as we are running a 'skeleton crew' to meet social distancing and minimize exposure for our employees. We will inform on any possible delays when the order is confirmed.
4) Much of our sales and administrative staff are all working from home, so you may here a kiddo or barking dog in the background when you call.
